It may be a blog's post, pages, and other blog content. Example permalink: https://www.learning-max-earning.blogspot.com/this-is-your-blog's-post-permalink 

The highlighted part of the URL is called permalink in the Blogspot, we can change this permalink but we can't change the rest part of the URL. because it is our main domain. but in blogger, we can also change it. In the permalinks we use hyphen symbols to differentiate in each word, we can't use other symbols as well as blank spaces. 

At this time we will change or customize our post URL before published or after publishing the post.

permalinks are very important for SEO and as well as for Search Engines. permalinks are also searched by the search engines. so must search for relevant keywords for the permalinks. 

How to edit permalink in blogger after published the post?

Go to your blog and login, go to your blogger dashboard. Click on posts, find any post which you want to change it is URL. then mouse over it then clicks on Revert to draft. 

After Revert to draft option now Edit the post and go to permalink and click customize the URL. that's it.
