Freshsales CRM, a standard package intended at small to midsize businesses (SMBs), combines a reasonable price with an easy-to-learn UI, and companies seeking to get into customer relationship management (CRM) for the first time could do a lot worse. It doesn't end there, though. If your firm has previous CRM experience, Freshsales also integrates with other types of business software and provides a more comprehensive feature set. All of this places it just behind our current Editors' Choice winners, Apptivo CRM and Zoho CRM, which both provide greater third-party integrations. Still, if the product you need to integrate is on Freshsales' list and you want to get started right away, go for it.

Freshsuccess was created in September 2019 for customers that want to increase the possibilities of Freshsales. Contacts, Leads, Deals, and Reports
Managing data such as contacts and leads takes time. Freshsales has included data deduplication (driven by machine learning) and a variety of alerts, such as auto-renew and contract-renewal reminders, to help with this. It also warns of the possibility of a contract decaying (very stale deals that need attention).

You'll see your list of leads, which includes a sample record, once you log in. You may see how many days are left on your free trial, upgrade to a paid account, create a new record (lead, contact, account, and so on), send an email, monitor notifications, and manage account settings along the top of the page. The right street address, phone number, and social network accounts were pulled in when we added PCMag.com as an account.

When you add or amend a new record, a panel appears on the right side of your screen, allowing you to enter data without leaving your current job. You can import leads from a CSV file as well, but you won't be able to connect to another CRM directly.Users can also collect leads by placing a form on their website.

Freshsales auto-enrichs a lead or contact's profile by bringing in connected Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn profiles when you input their email address. You'll be able to observe what your leads and contacts are interested in and talking about, giving you a starting point.

Any field, as well as lead score and when you last contacted them, can be used to filter leads, contacts, and accounts. Users can also do mass activities such as sending emails and allocating records to various sales representatives.
